An Indian-Maharashtrian drink

Ingredients
4-6 cups - Boiled water
16 pcs - Kokum {Garcinia indica} { Vitamin-C , Vitamin-B Complex}
2 cups - Coconut milk (1/2 cup Coconut grated and soaked in 2 cups water for half an hour and strained)
1 1/2 Tbsp - Jaggery {Gur}
1 Tbsp - Sugar
To taste - Salt
For garnishing - Coriander leaves
To taste - Lime juice

Roast and ground mix
2 pcs - Green chillies
1 tsp - Cumin seeds {Jeera}

Seasoning
1 Tbsp - Oil
1/2 tsp - Mustard seeds {Rai}

Method
Add kokum to the boiled water and let it stand after 15 minutes squeeze the rind of the kokum and throw the rind.
Add the ground mix, salt, sugar and jaggery and heat for 10 minutes.
Cool it.
Add the coconut milk,
Before serving add the lime juice and season with oil and mustard seeds.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
