An Indian-Maharashtrian yummy spicy treat to munch on
A tasty-crunchy bite with your evening tea or drink

Ingredients
1 cup - Peanuts {Mungphali} (roasted)
1/4 cup - Gram flour {Besan} {Chickpeas flour} {Bengal gram flour}
1 1/2 Tbsp - Rice flour
1/2 tsp - Red chilli powder
2-3 cloves - Garlic
A pinch - Asafoetida {Hing} powder
1 tsp - Oil
To taste - Salt

Roast and pound them together (mix)
2 pcs - Green chillies
1/2 tsp - Cumin seeds {Jeera}

For Garnishing
1 tsp - Oil
To taste - Chaat masala
Dash of Lime juice

Method
Pound garlic.
Mix the gram flour, rice flour, peanuts, red chilli powder, oil, garlic, asafoetida, roasted pounded mix and salt with the help of 1/4 cup water.
Put it on a greased baking tray.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree C for 12 minutes and then leave it on the hot tray for some time to make it crunchy.
Rub oil on it and sprinkle the chaat masala.
Just before serving, add a dash of the lemon juice.
Alternatively, you can deep fry it.
