SOUR CREAM

Ingredients
1 cup - Hung yoghurt (take two cups of regular yoghurt, tie it in a muslin cloth and hang it for 30 to 60 minutes)
200 gms - Fresh cream (chilled)
2 Tbsp - Lemon juice
4 cloves - Garlic (minced)
To taste - Salt

Method
In a bowl add the yoghurt, fresh cream, lemon juice, garlic and salt.
Mix it very well and use it as required.

STORING:
It can be stored for a couple of days in the refrigerator.

FIVE WAYS TO USE THE SOUR CREAM:
Fill it in the taco shells or the tortillas (to make a Burrito)
along with the
Mexican rice,Refried beans,Hot sauce,GUACAMOLEandSalsa.

Bruschetta
Top it on a toasted bread followed by the Salsaand
GUACAMOLE

As a sauce for Pastas
Toss it with the red pasta sauce, boiled pastas and veggies

As a Dip
Serve with Lavache or Toasted pitas

Potatoes
It goes exceedingly well with jacket potatoes and fried potato skin curls
