Ingredients
250 grms - Feta cheese
2 pcs - Capsicum (shimla mirch)
2 pcs - Hot green peppers
1/4 cup - Olive oil
3/4 tsp - Vinegar

Method
Mash the cheese.
Roast the deseeded peppers, remove the skin and puree the flesh with a hand mixer.
Add it to the cheese and add the olive oil, very slowly, beating well.
Finally, add the vinegar, beat to obtain a smooth puree
Serve with some crackers or toasted pita.
