Ingredients
50 grms - Plain flour (Maida)
50 grms Gram flour (Besan, bengal gram flour)
1 tsp - Extra virgin olive oil or any oil
To taste - Salt
1/4 tsp - Oregano

Method
Mix both the flours and salt.
Add the oil,oregano and knead it into a dough.
Divide it into four portions.
Roll in to thin rounds and roast lightly on the griddle over medium heat.
Cook both the sides.

The Stuffing
50 grms Cabbage or iceberg salad leaves ( cut lengthwise, finely)
100 grms - Paneer (crumbled)
50 grms Cheese (grated)
1 pc - Onion (finely chopped)
1 pc - Green chilli (deseeded and finely cut)
To taste - Salt
To taste - Black pepper

Method
Mix everything and spread it evenly on a tortilla.
Top with the other tortilla.
Put oil on the skillet, roast both sides for a minute.
Cut into 4 or 6 parts and serve with szechwan sauce.
