8 one bite triangles

Ingredients
50 grms - Plain flour (Maida)
50 grms Gram flour (Besan, bengal gram flour)
1 tsp - Oil
To taste - Salt
1/4 tsp - Oregano

Method
Mix both the flours and salt.
Add the oil,oregano and knead it into a dough.
Divide it into four portions.
Roll in to thin rounds and roast lightly on the griddle over medium heat.
Cook both the sides.

The Stuffing
50 grms Cabbage or iceberg salad leaves (cut long and fine)
100 grms - Paneer (crumble)
50 grms Cheese (grate)
1 pc - Onion (cut finely)
1 pc - Green chilli (deseed and cut finely)
To taste - Salt
To taste - Black pepper

For add on
Schezwan Sauce (available at any grocery store)

Method
Mix everything and spread it evenly on a tortilla.
Top with the other tortilla.
Put oil on the skillet and place these quesquedillas on it.
Roast it lightly and then turn it over to cook the other side too.
Cut into 4 parts and serve hot with szechwan sauce.
Repeat with the remaining tortillas
