Take a plain milky white dinner plate.
Arrange the microgreens in an alternative pattern.
Repeat the same pattern on the exact opposite side.
Sprinkle some sumac powder in the centre and on the periphery.
Sparingly sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds over it.
Run the tip of your index finger around the periphery of the plate.
Thus cleaning the outermost edge and the inside edge of the plate.
Serve your food in centre of the platter.
