MUSHROOM AND VEGETABLE SOUP

A mushroom clear soup, light soup, tasty soup

Ingredients

1 Tbsp - Butter
1 Tbsp - Olive oil
100 gms or 1/2 packet - Mushrooms (Fresh white button Mushroom)
1/2 pc - Onion
2 pcs - Spring onion with leaves
4 cloves - Garlic
6 pcs - French beans (finely chop)
1/2 pc - Carrot (finely chop)
1/4 cup - Cauliflower (finely chop)
1/4 inch - Ginger
1/4 cup - Capsicum (finely chop)
4 cups - Water
To taste - Salt
To taste - Pepper
1 Tbsp - Balsamic vinegar

Method

Heat the butter and olive oil, add mushroom and pinch of salt.
Reduce heat to low, continue cooking till mushroom are golden brown.
Add the onion, spring onion, garlic, celery, French beans, carrot, cauliflower, ginger, capsicum and cook for some time more.
Add the boil water, salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar.
