Ingredients
1/4 pc - Broccoli {Fiber and Vitamin-C, A, K, B-complex}
1 small pc - Ginger
1 pc - Avocado (Ripe) {Vitamin-C, K, B6, Potassium}
1/2 - Grapefruit (Peel and remove into segments) {Vitamin-C}
2 pcs - Tangerine (Peel and remove into segments) {Vitamin-A}

Method
Boil the broccoli with ginger and water. Immediately dip in it cold water, so it becomes crunchy.
Divide the avocado into half, remove the seed, scoop the avocado from the skin with a large spoon and chop it.
Layer the broccoli, avocado, grapefruit and tangerine.
Serve with Mex Easy Dip and crunchy tortillas strips.
