GLAZED CARROT

A delicious easy to follow coated carrot side dish.
A carotene and Vitamin-A packed.

Ingredients
1 pc - Carrot (cut into 1” cubes, steam until tender)

Glazing Sauce
1 Tbsp - Butter
1 Tbsp - Brown sugar
1 tsp - Ginger powder

Method
Melt butter, brown sugar and ginger powder on low heat.
Stir until it is of a saucy consistency.

Add this sauce to the carrots and stir to coat.
