Coconut and Ricotta Dip

2 Tbsp - Ricotta or Paneer (crumbled)
3 Tbsp - Coconut meat (sliced)
2 Tbsp - Eggless mayonnaise
1 1/2 Tbsp - Milk
1 1/2 Tbsp - Olives (chopped)
1 1/2 Tbsp - Jalapeno (chopped)
1 tsp - Red chilli flakes
1 tsp - Oregano
To taste - Salt
To taste - Crushed black pepper
A handful of crushed corn chips (e.g. Cornitos or Doritos)
Mix the paneer, coconut meat, mayonnaise.
Add the milk and mix well.
Now add the olives, jalapeno, oregano, red chilli flakes, salt and black pepper.
Serve with crushed corn chips (Cornitos or Doritos)
