Avocado sour cream

2 cups - Avocado (cut into half, remove the pit, scoop out the pulp and beat it with a fork into a paste)
1 cup - Hung yoghurt
1 cup - Chilled fresh cream
2 Tbsp - Lemon juice
4 cloves - Garlic (minced)
To taste - Salt
Put the hung yoghurt, fresh cream, lemon juice, garlic and salt in a bowl.
Fold and mix it.
Add the avocado paste and stir to mix it.
Use it as required.
As a dip with Lavache, vegetable sticks, crudites
As a spread on bruschetta or sandwiches
Top it on a layered dish.
